Lodges—Adult Registration

Includes 2 night’s accommodation in the lodge, all regular classes & activities.

Registration in the lodges includes 2 nights accomodations as well as all regular classes, workshops, and activities. The lodges are modern buildings with heat, air conditioning, WiFi, and common living areas with couches, communal refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Lodges have shared bunk-style bedrooms with shared baths and are very close to the conference dining, classrooms, waterfront, and botanical market. BYO bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries.

*Please note that common living areas may be in use during class hours, thank you!


Cabins—Adult Registration
$225.00

Includes 2 nights in the cabins, all regular classes & activities.

Registration in the cabins includes 2 nights accomodations as well as all regular classes, workshops, and activities. The cabins are shared, spacious, have bunk style beds, and have electricity (lights, ceiling fans, outlets) but are unheated. The cabin area(s) have a shared bathhouse, pavilion, picnic tables, fire circle, and charcoal grills. (BYO charcoal) The cabins are an easy 5-10 minute walk to the conference dining, classrooms, waterfront, and botanical market. BYO bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries.

Tents—Adult Registration

Camping registration includes 2 nights onsite tent camping & all regular classes & activities.

Registration includes 2 nights tent camping as well as all regular classes, workshops and activities. Tent camping will be in the cabin areas with shared bathhouse, pavilion, picnic tables, fire circle and charcoal grills. (BYO charcoal) Please be sure to bring a waterproof tent as rain is always a possibility.

Commuter—Adult Registration

Commuter registration is for those staying offsite. Includes all regular classes & activities.

Although we would love to have you stay onsite, we recognize that this may be a barrier for some, so we are offering a limited number of commuter registrations. Commuter registration includes all regular classes, workshops, and activities. We encourage carpooling for the benefit of the environment, as well as to ensure a smooth parking situation at the conference.

*Please note that car camping is not permitted, and commuters are asked to leave camp by 10 PM each night, thank you!

Saturday Day Guest

Saturday Day Guest registration includes all regular classes, workshops, & activities on Saturday only. We encourage carpooling for the benefit of the environment, as well as to ensure a smooth parking situation at the conference.

*Please note that Saturday Day Guest attendees are asked to leave camp by 10PM, thank you!

FRIDAY INTENSIVE

***There are limited seats available for the intensive, Attendees must be registered for the conference in order to register for the Friday intensive.

*Please note that children are not invited to attend this intensive class, thank you!


*Infants, toddlers & children through age 6 may attend the conference with their parent/guardian, but no childcare will be available. If staying onsite, infants, toddlers & children through age 6 will not receive their own bed. Please contact us if your infant, toddler or child is joining you as we must be notified. Out of respect for the other attendees, if your baby or toddler is crying or fussy, we kindly ask that you remove the child from class. Thank you!

***Cancellation and Refund Policy***

Please note our policies regarding cancellations and refunds. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email by July 30, 2020. Our email address is: grow@blackwalnutbotanical.com.  All paid fees (registration, meal plans, intensive class) minus an $80 deposit are refundable up to and including July 30, 2020. After July 30, 2020, no refunds will be permitted but you may transfer your registration to another individual, or donate it to our scholarship fund.
