In light of the difficult times we find ourselves in, we have two registrations options. We are offering the regular, pay in full option OR you may “Save Your Seat” with a $100 (non-refundable) deposit, with the balance being due on or before June 15, 2024.

Lodges—Adult Registration

Includes 2 night’s accommodation in the lodge, all regular classes & activities.

Registration in the lodges includes 2 nights accomodations as well as all regular classes, workshops, and activities. The lodges are modern buildings with heat, air conditioning, WiFi, and common living areas with couches, communal refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Lodges have shared bunk-style bedrooms with shared baths and are very close to the conference dining, classrooms, waterfront, and botanical market. BYO bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries. Lodge guests must check out of their rooms by 10:45 AM on Sunday.

Cabins—Adult Registration

Includes 2 nights in the cabins, all regular classes & activities.

Registration in the cabins includes 2 nights accomodations as well as all regular classes, workshops, and activities. The cabins are shared, spacious, have bunk style beds, and have electricity (lights, ceiling fans, outlets) but are unheated. The cabin area(s) have a shared bathhouse, pavilion, picnic tables, fire circle, and charcoal grills. (BYO charcoal) The cabins are very close to the gorgeous labyrinth & are an easy 5-10 minute walk to the conference dining, classrooms, waterfront, and botanical market. BYO bedding, pillows, towels, toiletries.

Tents—Adult Registration

Registration includes 2 nights tent camping as well as all regular classes, workshops and activities. Tent camping will be in the cabin areas very close to the gorgeous labyrinth, with shared bathhouse, pavilion, picnic tables, fire circle and charcoal grills. (BYO charcoal) Please be sure to bring a waterproof tent as rain is always a possibility.

Commuter—Adult Registration

Commuter registration is for those staying offsite. Includes all regular classes & activities.

Although we would love to have you stay onsite, we recognize that this may be a barrier for some, so we are offering a limited number of commuter registrations. Commuter registration includes all regular classes, workshops, and activities. We encourage carpooling for the benefit of the environment, as well as to ensure a smooth parking situation at the conference.

*Please note that car camping is not permitted, and commuters are asked to leave camp by 10 PM each night, thank you!

***There are limited seats available for the intensive, Attendees must be registered for the conference in order to register for the Friday intensive.


*Infants, toddlers & children through age 6 may attend the conference with their parent/guardian, but no childcare will be available. If staying onsite, infants, toddlers & children through age 6 will not receive their own bed. Please contact us if your infant, toddler or child is joining you as we must be notified. Out of respect for the other attendees, if your baby or toddler is crying or fussy, we kindly ask that you remove the child from class. Thank you!

***Cancellation and Refund Policy***

Please note our policies regarding cancellations and refunds. All cancellation requests must be received in writing via email by June 1, 2024. Our email address is: grow@blackwalnutbotanical.com.  All paid fees (registration, meal plans, intensive class) minus an $80 deposit are refundable up to and including June 1, 2024. After June 1, 2024 no refunds will be permitted but you may transfer your registration to another individual, or donate it to our scholarship fund. We must be contacted via email in order to transfer your registration to another person. Our email address is: grow@blackwalnutbotanical.com 

If choosing the $100 deposit registration option, please note that this option is non refundable. The $100 deposit will be applied toward your total with the balance being due on or before June 15, 2024. Again, the $100 deposit is not refundable.


Conference Meal Plan Menu:

*Chef Wendy let us know that she takes great joy in creating salad bars, we can look forward to Chef Wendy’s salad bars during each lunch and dinner service!


Friday dinner:

  • Beverages - coffee, tea, water

  • Innabah salad bar - mixed greens, baby spinach, beets, a wide array of veggies, proteins such as chickpeas, hard boiled eggs, tuna, cheese, dressings

  • Build your own stir fry - soy free sauce, brown rice, sautéed veggies, fresh chicken, plant based chicken (GF, V)

  • Warm Fruit Crisp (GF, V)

Saturday breakfast:

  • Beverages - coffee, juice, tea, water

  • Hot oatmeal with toppings such as fresh berries, brown sugar, raisins, etc. (GF, V)

  • Scrambled eggs with chives (GF)

  • Turkey sausage (GF)

  • Turkey bacon (GF)

  • Hash brown patties (GF, V)

  • Whole fruit (GF, V)

  • Cold cereals with regular milk & plant based milks. (GF & V options)

Saturday lunch:

*If you suffer from food allergies/intolerances, or have very specific dietary needs, you are welcome to bring your own food. For those staying in the lodges, please label your food items if using the communal refrigerators. For those staying in cabins, please bring a cooler for your food. There are also close off-site dining options for those who do not wish to purchase the conference meal plan.
